The folks at Chandlee deliver top notch service at every level. I have all of my watches serviced there, even if just a simple battery replacement. I mentioned some time ago that there was a particular watch I was looking for. Several months later, I received a call letting me know they just happened to have the exact watch I wanted in stock, and they thought of me. The went above and beyond on getting the watch on my wrist. When I walk in the door they know me by name and ask about my family. Highly recommended!!

Chandlee has been our family jeweler for many years. I brought my diamond ring in for Lisa to repair because my diamond seemed loose- my ring looks as great as it did when my husband gave to me 34 years ago! I also brought in a ring from family 1920, Irene helped me chose a beautiful Blue topaz stone to be put into the ring by their very capable hands. I know, have a true heirloom to pass down! The relationships that I have built with the owners, Bryan and Larry, as well as their staff has been a wonderful experience.
